What changes the price

  • Resolution. Seedance 2.0 costs $0.243/s at 720p and $0.547/s at 1080p; Luma Ray 3.2 jumps from $0.099/s to $0.396/s.
  • Audio. Some models charge for it: Veo 3.1 is $0.400/s with audio and $0.200/s without; Kling 3.0 Pro $0.168/s versus $0.112/s. Seedance, Wan 3.0, Vidu and LTX price audio the same as silence.
  • Tier. Each family has cheaper variants: Seedance 2.0 Mini is $0.121/s against $0.243/s for the full model; Veo 3.1 Lite $0.050/s.
  • Frame rate. None of the quotes take a frame-rate parameter; the models render at their own rate, typically 24 fps, and you pay per second of output.
  • Length. Prices scale linearly with clip length on the models we checked, so per-second figures hold for short and long clips.

Per second is not per finished second

You pay for every generated second, including shots you throw away. Across our own series 15% of video spend went to re-renders, and in BROODFALL we used 364 of 972 rendered clips in the final cut. Budget for the generated seconds, not the runtime.

Per second in Arc

Arc charges credits per clip. Per second at 720p that is 9.4 credits on Seedance 2.0 Mini ($0.035–$0.070 depending on how you buy credits), 22.6 on Fast ($0.084–$0.170) and 75.1 on Seedance 2.0 ($0.278–$0.563).

Where Katechon Arc fits

Arc shows a credit estimate for the exact model, resolution and clip length before you generate, and publishes the per-clip table on its models page.

Arc offers only Seedance 2.0 models for video. If you want to price or use Kling, Veo or Wan directly, go to their providers.

How much does AI video cost per minute?

At 2026-10-17 list prices, one minute at 720p costs from $3.00 on Veo 3.1 Lite to $24.00 on Veo 3.1, before re-renders.

Does 24 fps or 30 fps change the price of AI video?

Not in any quote we took: the price depends on model, resolution, length and sometimes audio, and the model sets the frame rate.
