The story
Bonnie Gale is a poor, plus-size senior with a voice big enough to shake a stadium, and Chase Whitmore's secret. Every night the star quarterback climbs through her window; every day he laughs at her with everyone else. When the bench snaps under her at the pep rally, Bonnie stops hiding. She walks on stage, opens her mouth, and the room goes silent.
How it was made with Katechon Arc
- Wrote the series to a maximum-simplicity brief: a plot a child could retell, five core characters, a handful of sets, simple shots and a signature colour per character.
- Built the cast and sets once in Arc and generated all 40 episodes on Seedance 2.0 Mini.
- Mixed the nine songs into the episodes, then joined the 40 episodes into a single film.
Production facts
| High Note | |
|---|---|
| Project type | Drama project, reference-video mode, 9:16 vertical |
| Structure | 40 episodes, about 5 core characters and 6–8 sets |
| Video model | Seedance 2.0 Mini at 720p for every episode |
| Image model | Seedream 5.0 Lite for cast and set sheets |
| Music | Nine original songs made with Suno, mixed into the episodes |
| Runtime | 55:43 as one film |
What we learned
- Fewer characters and sets made consistency easy: the same few references appear in nearly every shot.
- One cheaper model for the whole series, pilot included, kept the look uniform from the first episode to the last.
