They Were Sent to Guard a Mine | Dragon Rising | Extended Trailer

The story

A squad of heavy-armoured soldiers holds a mine cut deep into an alien jungle: routine patrols, separatists in the trees, ruins of a dead pyramid civilisation under every root. Then they find what the separatists have been running from, and what the mine was digging up.

How it was made with Katechon Arc

  1. Locked the look first: heavy bone-white powered suits on a gunmetal frame, red three-lens optics, named leads always bare-headed and troopers always sealed.
  2. Built every location as a set of camera plates and had each shot reference a specific plate, so geography holds between cuts.
  3. Wrote each unit with one action per shot and a concrete low-key light source, then rendered on Seedance 2.0 Fast.
  4. Cut the action fast, keeping the highest-motion second of each internal shot, and gated the score so silence lands before each hit.

What we learned

  • Helmet state flipped between cuts until a build rule tagged every shot: leads bare-headed, troopers sealed.
  • Seedance invented a stray radio line in the opening; it was dropped from the captions but stays in the audio.
