## When Arc is the right tool

- Stories that run across many shots or episodes with the same characters and locations.
- Adapting existing writing — a novel, a script, a treatment — rather than prompting clip by clip.
- Product ads where the product has to look like itself in every shot.
- Teams that want to review a script and storyboard before spending on video.

## One workflow underneath

Every use case runs on the same production pipeline, so skills and assets carry over between dramas and ads. See [how Arc works](https://arc.katechon.technology/how-it-works) for each stage.

1. **Start** with a premise, a script, a novel or a product brief. Upload source text or type the idea into the studio.
2. **Plan** the episodes or the ad. The agent drafts a script plan; you review and confirm it before episode scripts are written.
3. **Build references** for characters, locations, props and products, so every shot draws on the same visual foundation.
4. **Storyboard** each shot and adjust framing, action and pacing before you spend credits on video.
5. **Generate video and voice** shot by shot, and regenerate any individual shot that misses.
6. **Assemble the film**, then download it or export a Jianying draft for further editing.

## When another tool may fit better

- A single standalone clip from one prompt: a plain text-to-video tool is quicker.
- Real-time talking avatars or live video: Arc renders finished shots, not live streams.
- Frame-accurate editing of existing footage: use a video editor; Arc can export a Jianying draft to one.

Plans start at $12.90/month for 1,800 credits. See [pricing](https://arc.katechon.technology/pricing) and [model credit costs](https://arc.katechon.technology/models).
