## Credit top-ups

Top-up packs add credits to an account at any time. Purchased top-up credits never expire, unlike plan credits, which expire at the end of their monthly window.

## What credits pay for

Credits cover model usage across the workflow: script writing, reference images, storyboard frames, video clips and voice. The cost of a request depends on the model, resolution and duration. For example, one 10-second 720p clip costs 94 credits on Seedance 2.0 Mini, 226 on Seedance 2.0 Fast and 751 on Seedance 2.0; one Seedream 5.0 Lite image costs 13 credits. The studio shows an estimate before you generate and refuses a request that needs more credits than your account can spend, so a batch never silently runs past your balance. ## Pricing questions

### How do subscription credits work?

Each plan provides a monthly credit allowance. Credits cover model usage across the creative workflow, and the amount used depends on the model and generation settings. Annual plans release credits each month. Unused plan credits expire at the end of that monthly window; purchased top-up credits never expire.

### How much does it cost to make a video?

There is no fixed credit cost per finished film. The model, number of shots, clip duration, resolution, voiceover, and revisions all affect usage. Check the estimates and your credit balance in the studio before generating. Plan allowances are a creative budget, not a guaranteed number of videos.

### Can I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription in the billing portal from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid credit windows retain their original expiry dates. Review the billing portal for the effective date and any plan-change charges before confirming.

### Can my team work on a project together?

Yes. The Organization plan includes five members, including the owner, and 42,000 monthly credits shared by organization-funded projects. Personal projects can also invite collaborators; in those projects, each collaborator uses their own credits.
