## How to choose a replacement

- For short ads with native sound, Veo 3.1 Fast is the closest in price and clip length.
- For multi-shot scenes with dialogue, Kling 3.0 and Seedance 2.0 both generate audio with the video.
- For long series on a budget, Seedance 2.0 Mini rendered most of our released episodes.
- If your pipeline called the Sora API, plan for a different request format: none of these is a drop-in replacement.

## Where Katechon Arc fits

If you used Sora for story work, Arc renders on Seedance 2.0 models and keeps characters consistent across episodes with reference sheets.

Arc is not an API replacement for Sora's Videos API; it is a production studio with its own MCP server.
